You will run your own section in a small brigade, preparing and plating dishes made from locally sourced produce.Ideal candidates have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery and 2–3 years in quality kitchens, with solid knife skills and the ability to work in a high-volume workplace.
The team values a cooperative, ego-free atmosphere.
