Job Description

Sidekicker's client, a leading Australian construction tender platform, is seeking an Outbound Customer Support Specialist to join their Melbourne CX team. In this high-volume, transactional role you will make 60+ outbound calls daily to secure subscriptions, process expiring cards, and recover churned accounts, maintaining data integrity in the CRM and billing systems.

Hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, for a 3-month contract with potential extension or conversion to full time, offering
