Every great stay starts with thoughtful planning. As ourProgram & Bookings Coordinator, you'll work with guests to understand whatthey want to achieve, create a program suited to their group and coordinate thedetails that bring their experience together.

About the role

n

From the first enquiry through to arrival, you'll helpguests feel confident that their booking is in good hands. You'll:

n

n
- Talk with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs and activities
n
- Coordinate program enquiries, confirmations, amendments and cancellations and keep the systems updated
n
- Prepare accurate quotes, deposits, schedules, program information and handover documentation
n
- Work closely with Program, Guest Relations, Catering, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to prepare for each groups arrival
n
- Identify opportunities that improve the guest experience and make effective use of the venue
n

About you

n

You're someone who enjoys helping people, asking the rightquestions,



turning lots of information into a clear and well organised plan andensuring guest have a memorable experience. You'll bring:

n

n
- Experience coordinating bookings, programs, events or customer enquiries
n
- A warm, confident, "can do" approach when working with customers and others
n
- Solid organisation and communication skills and attention to detail
n
- The ability to manage changing priorities while keeping others informed
n
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work across different teams
n
- Experience in outdoor education, camps, recreation,hospitality, tourism, schools or group guest experiences would be valued, butit isn't essential. Qualifications in outdoor recreation, events, tourism,hospitality or business, along with a First Aid qualification, would also be anadvantage.
