Job Description

As Foreman, you will work closely with our Project Manager / Head Foreman to help lead and coordinate our construction team across high-end residential landscape projects. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site works, coordinating staff and materials, maintaining quality and safety standards, and helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the standard Bondi Landscapes is known for.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day site works on high-end residential landscape projects
n
- Coordinate staff and materials across construction sites
n
- Maintain quality and safety standards
n
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to required standards
n
- Supervise and manage a small team
n
- Coordinate materials and day-to-day requirements for ongoing site works
n
- Communicate professionally with clients, trades and suppliers
n
- Work to project deadlines and budgets
n

About you

n

n
- Minimum Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience
n
- 2+ years' experience as a Leading Hand on residential landscaping projects
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes across all areas of landscape construction
n
- Valuable knowledge and practical skills in masonry,



carpentry and paving
n
- Sound softscape knowledge, including planting, soil preparation and plant care
n
- Ability to read and interpret landscape and construction plans
n
- Good understanding of workplace safety and site compliance
n
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
n
- Relevant machinery experience and tickets
n
- White Card
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Experience supervising or assisting in the management of a small team
n
- Professional and confident when communicating with clients, trades and suppliers
n
- Motivated, reliable and able to work effectively to project deadlines and budgets
n
