West Moreton Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide clinical assessment and allocate patient referrals within the Central Referral Unit. You will work under the Clinical Nurse and in partnership with the multidisciplinary team to optimise access to care and ensure patient safety.

Mandatory requirements include AHPRA registration and vaccination against specified diseases; proof of qualifications will be required.
