Job Description

Community Housing LTD in Victoria is seeking a hands-on caretaker to keep homes, common areas and grounds clean, safe and welcoming for residents and visitors. You will conduct regular site inspections, identify maintenance needs and report issues through the proper channels.

You'll be an in office presence, coordinating contractors and supporting residents with clear, respectful communication. We welcome applicants with caretaking or facilities experience, a proactive mindset, strong organisation
