About the role

ACFM is seeking a motivated and reliable Landscape Gardener to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves maintaining and enhancing a diverse range of commercial, residential, strata, and public spaces throughout the Illawarra region.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Lawn mowing, edging, and garden maintenance
n
- Pruning, hedging, mulching, and weed control
n
- Planting and garden rejuvenation works
n
- Irrigation system inspections and minor repairs
n
- Pool and outdoor area maintenance
n
- Operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and machinery
n
- General property presentation and grounds maintenance
n




- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
n
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
n

About you

n

n
- Previous experience in landscape gardening, grounds maintenance, or horticulture
n
- Current Driver's Licence (essential)
n
- Truck licence preferred
n
- White Card preferred
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
n
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
n
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
n
