We've been exclusively engaged on a highly confidential infrastructure project in Queensland and are seeking a switched-on Project Engineerready to step up in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based on a FIFO roster from Brisbane to the Surat Basin, working with a tier-one aligned contractor known for delivering essential energy and infrastructure solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

Oversee project engineering from mobilisation to completion

n

Develop and maintain construction schedules, trackers and forecasts

n

Manage subcontracts and procurement processes

n

Interpret drawings, specs and plans, identifying and resolving any technical issues

n

Monitor project risks, costs, and compliance across safety, quality, and environment

n





Work closely with the engineering manager, site teams, and other stakeholders

n

Provide mentorship and coordination for site engineers where required

n

What We're Looking For:

n

Engineering degree (civil/mechanical/electrical) or equivalent

n

2+ years' experience in construction, oil & gas, or civil infrastructure

n

Familiarity with HDPE, pipeline, or lease work (preferred but not essential)

n

Strong planning, communication and site coordination skills

n

A solutions-focused mindset and collaborative working style

n

High attention to detail, especially around compliance and reporting

n

Location: FIFO from Brisbane to Surat Basin

n

Package: Market-competitive salary + super + site uplift (depending on experience)
