Landlord Complaince is an industry leader in the installation and maintenance of smoke alarms in residential properties across the greater lower south coast (Both sides and including Batemans Bay)

An prospect exists for a licensed Electrician to join our team.

The primary purpose of this position is to complete all required safety compliance work needed to ensure properties meet the current legislative guidelines for Landlords.

Does this sound like you?

- Experience in domestic installations, maintenance, fault finding & board upgrades
n
- Experience in smoke alarm compliance (desirable)
n
- A current electrical license (Nominated Supervisor or Contractors Licence is perfered by not essential)
n
- A current driver's license
n

Ideal location would suit someone that lives from Batemans Bay south

n

What you'll be doing:

- Smoke alarm compliance
n
- Corded blind compliance
n
- RCD safety switch testing
n
- Water compliance for rental properties
n

n

NB: All training provided
