About This Role

About your role

n

As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills (ENAS), you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients receiving maintenance haemodialysis within the Kidney Dialysis Unit at Redland Hospital.

n

- Provide advanced, evidence-based nursing care within your scope of practice.
n
- Apply specialist knowledge and skills in renal and haemodialysis nursing.
n
- Operate haemodialysis equipment and monitor patients throughout their treatment.
n
- Identify, respond to and escape clinical risks and changes in patient condition.
n
- Contribute to quality improvement, education, mentoring and clinical leadership.
n

About You

n

We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse who brings advanced clinical capability, specialist renal knowledge and a strong commitment to person-centred care.

- Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and experience in haemodialysis nursing.
n
- Strong knowledge and competence in the operation of haemodialysis machines.
n
- Ability to assess, document and escalates clinical concerns appropriately.
n
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
n
- Strong communication, teamwork, leadership and mentoring capabilities.
