This is a clinical role with a strong commercial focus. You'll combine excellent treatment skills with confident, ethical sales to grow your client base and clinic revenue. You'll perform laser and advanced skin treatments to a high clinical standard while conducting thorough skin consultations and converting them into tailored treatment plans and packages.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and convert them into tailored treatment plans and packages
- Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales targets for treatments, packages and skincare products
- Upsell and cross-sell appropriate treatments and home-care products to support client results
- Build client retention through rebooking, follow-up and long-term treatment planning
- Track your own KPIs, including conversion rate, average spend, rebooking rate and retail sales
- Contribute to promotions, campaigns and client events to drive revenue
- Perform laser and advanced skin treatments to a high clinical standard
- Follow all safety, infection control and clinical protocols
- Keep accurate client records and consent documentation
- Deliver a premium, professional client experience
About you
- Qualified Dermal Therapist (Diploma or Bachelor of Dermal Science or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in a clinical aesthetics or laser clinic setting
- Proven sales track record with measurable results against targets
- Formal sales training is highly regarded
- Laser Safety Licence (QLD) or willingness to obtain one
- Confident, professional communicator who is motivated by targets and growth
