Based in our office in St Peters, NSW, you will play a vital role in supporting our valued corporate customers.
What you'll be doing
Respond to inbound calls, emails and inquiries from corporate clients in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with placing orders, managing accounts and resolving any issues or concerns
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customers' needs are met
Please provide accurate information about our products and services
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
What we're looking for
Prior experience working in a customer service or call centre environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour




Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and concerns
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to changing priorities
