Lead high-end residential landscape builds from start to finish Deliver both hardscaping and softscaping works to a high standard Manage day-to-day site operations, timelines, and quality control Lead, mentor, and support a site team Be the key point of contact for clients on site Get stuck in when needed - this is a hands-on leadership role About You You're someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading by example.
Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or strong industry experience) Current Driver's Licence + White Card Highly regarded: Bobcat, Excavator,
