You will be responsible for:Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX dealsBuilding customer rapport and repeat businessAdditional Information:It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service ExperienceYou must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales who can promote our services whilst working towards and achieving targets.
