You will greet guests, check them in and out, handle reservations, and resolve enquiries while maintaining exceptional service on a 10:30 pm – 6:30 am shift.The role emphasizes cash handling, nightly reporting, and coordination with hospitality teams.
Previous night-audit experience and Opera PMS familiarity are beneficial; RSA certification is mandatory.
