Client Engagement & Lead Generation Consultant | Property & Finance | $35ph +This is a phone-based client engagement role focused on starting quality conversations, identifying genuine opportunities and connecting prospective clients with our experienced property and finance team.
This is not a high-pressure, script-heavy call centre environment.
We're looking for someone who can communicate naturally, build rapport quickly and uncover genuine client needs through qualified conversation.Key responsibilitiesMaking outbound calls to prospective clients and introducing our servicesHaving genuine conversations to understand their property and finance objectivesRecognising where our Buyers Agency or Mortgage Broking teams may be able to add valueQualifying prospects at a high level and arranging initial consultations with our senior advisersMaintaining accurate notes,



follow-ups and client information in CRMMaintaining contact with prospective clients where appropriate and helping ensure opportunities aren't lostAbout youConfident on the phone and comfortable initiating conversations with people you haven't spoken to beforeAble to build rapport quickly and establish trust and connection naturallyA great listener who asks good questions and genuinely listens to the answersCommercially minded and able to recognise a genuine opportunity without being pushyResilient and comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next conversationOrganised and able to manage your time, follow-ups and CRM activity effectivelyProfessional, reliable and understand that every conversation reflects the Addisons brandBackground in sales, recruitment, hospitality, customer service, banking or another role where communication and relationships are key is beneficial but not requiredAbout usAddisons Advisory Group is a boutique property and finance firm providing Buyers Agency and Mortgage Broking services across Australia.
