staff and visitors by:Providing exceptional customer service and event assistanceManaging access control and credential checkingConducting bag inspections and security screeningMonitoring spectator areas and responding to incidentsWorking closely with event organisers and emergency servicesMaintaining a skilled and welcoming presence throughout the eventWhat we're looking forWe're seeking professional, reliable people who:Hold a current Victorian Security Licence with crowd control endorsementHave excellent communication and customer service skillsPresent professionally and work well in a teamCan remain calm and make sound decisions in energetic environmentsAre available to work flexible shifts across the MotoGP event period, including weekends (17th October - 26th October for MotoGP including Bump in and Bump out periods)Certificate II in Security Operations or higherCurrent First Aid & CPRFull Australian working rightsPrevious MotoGP experience?
