Goodpeople HR seeks a QC Manager to lead the Quality Control department in a Pharmaceutical/Analytical Chemistry setting in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. The role directs day-to-day laboratory operations and a 21-person team across three shifts within a TGA & GMP setting.
You will develop staff, drive quality across materials, bulk, packaging and finished goods, and collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse and purchasing to uphold regulatory and customer standards.
