About the Role:
n
This opportunity would suit someone with a passion for safety, compliance and people support who is looking to further develop their career across SHEQ and HR. You'll support a range of compliance, administration and employee-related activities while helping to maintain accurate systems, records and documentation across the business. Reporting to the SHEQ & HR Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting both our people and operations.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
- Coordinate SHEQ (WHS) administration, compliance activities, reporting requirements and documentation.
n
- Maintain safety systems, registers,
records and controlled documents to ensure compliance.
n
- Support audits, inspections, incident reporting, corrective actions and compliance tracking.
n
- Coordinate training records, inductions, onboarding activities and employee documentation.
n
- Prepare reports, presentations, business communications and other administrative materials.
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring SHEQ and HR information remains accurate, confidential and up to date.
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
- Experience in WHS, HR or business support administration, with exposure to coordination, compliance or employee-related processes.
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, take initiative and maintain confidentiality.
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the initiative to take ownership and drive outcomes.
n
- Qualifications in WHS, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field will be highly regarded, together with a genuine interest in safety, compliance and people-focused processes.
