- Band 6: $96,752 - $105,460 + 12% super + RDO

As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering strategic people initiatives that support Baw Baw's vision of being an amazing place to grow, work, and succeed.

About the Role

Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organisation, you will provide expert support in areas such as workforce planning, employee relations,
performance management, and talent development. In this collaborative role, you will use data-driven insights and your HR expertise to inform decision-making and help build a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.

- Experience in Human Resources, Business Partnering or a similar function

- Experience in project management

- Experience operating within legislative context
