About the Role

Labourforce is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Recruitment Resourcer to join our recruitment team in Wetherill Park, NSW.
n
This is a great prospect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry and develop their skills within a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.

Working closely with our recruitment team, you will provide support across the recruitment process, helping us connect candidates with suitable employment opportunities.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

- Screening and interviewing candidates
n
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
n
- Contacting candidates regarding available opportunities
n
- Confirming candidate availability and rosters
n
- Updating candidate records and recruitment systems
n
- Providing general administrative and recruitment support
n
- Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers
n
- Assisting with day-to-day office and recruitment activities
n
n
About You
n

- Confident communicating with candidates over the phone

- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Previous recruitment experience is not essential — we are looking for the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

What We Offer

- $40.00 per hour

- 35 hours per week

- Monday to Friday office-based role

- Immediate start from 28 September 2026
