FIELD SERVICE COORDINATOR – CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

Cappro Pacific is currently recruiting for a newly created Field Service Coordinator position within Construction Equipment, based in Dandenong, Victoria.

n

This is an excellent prospect for an experienced Service Coordinator, Service Advisor, Scheduler, Service Administrator or Workshop Coordinator who understands the demands of the earthmoving and construction equipment industry.

n

You will play a key role in coordinating the field service operation, ensuring technicians are efficiently scheduled and customers receive a high level of service and communication.

n

The Role

n

Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Coordinating and scheduling field service technicians
n
- Managing daily technician workloads, priorities and job allocation
n
- Liaising directly with customers regarding service requirements
n
- Raising and managing work orders
n
- Monitoring WIP, job progress and invoicing
n
- Coordinating breakdowns, scheduled servicing and repairs
n
- Working closely with technicians, parts and workshop teams
n
- Ensuring technicians have the required parts, information and resources
n
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
n
- Assisting with warranty and service administration
n
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
n




- Ensuring field service activities are completed efficiently and professionally
n

What We're Looking For

n

We are looking for someone who has strong organisational and communication skills and ideally understands the construction equipment environment.

n

Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

n

- Earthmoving / Construction Equipment
n
- Heavy Vehicle
n
- Agricultural Equipment
n
- Mining Equipment
n
- Equipment Hire
n
- Field Service Coordination
n
- Service Scheduling or Planning
n

n

You don't necessarily need to be a qualified mechanic — strong service coordination experience and an understanding of technical environments are equally important.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join an established Construction Equipment dealership in Dandenong, working alongside an experienced service and technical team and supporting customers across the Victorian market.

You will be a central point of contact between customers, technicians, parts and management, making this a critical position within the service operation.
