$74,957 - $77,483 per annum (LGIA Stream B Level 3-5 (Depending on qualifications and experience) + Site) + Superannuation

Help build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps our rural communities connected.

Council is seeking proactive, reliable, and safety-focused individuals to join our Rural Operations Team. Whether you are an experienced Roller Operator or someone eager to learn and develop new skills, we encourage you to apply.

In this hands-on role, you will contribute to the delivery and maintenance of essential regional infrastructure across a variety of rural work sites. You will work closely with a supportive team, undertaking a range of civil construction and maintenance activities while travelling between locations throughout the region.

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

What we are looking for

n

n
- Experience operating a Road Roller, working in rural areas and an unrestricted "MR" Class licence (HR desirable).
n
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
n
- Demonstrated ability to identify,



report and resolve safety hazards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
n
- Certificate of Competency and hands on experience operating mobile plant
n
- Experience utilising hand tools to complete construction tasks (spanner, wire brush, level, measuring tape, line sprayer etc)
n

Application Criteria

- Demonstrated experience in the civil construction industry and operation of various plant, along with any relevant tickets and licences.
n
- Positive attitude with strong safety awareness, teamwork and communication skills.
