Due to continued growth and projects across Central Queensland, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Gladstone-based team.

About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of civil construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. You will take a hands-on approach to leading crews, coordinate resources and subcontractors,



and drive a strong safety and performance culture while maintaining excellent client relationships. What we offer?

What we are looking for

- Hands on Supervisor / leading hand that has the ability to manage a small team
n
- Solid understanding of civil construction drawings and specifications to always maintain a high standard of safety and quality.
n
- Clear and concise communication with team members and clients alike
n
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for team
n

Minimum requirements

n

n
- Previous experience in either Civil Construction, Building sector (commercial)
n
- Ability to lead and direct a team
n
- Driver's licence and construction white card
n
- 5 years experience in similar role.
n
