WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
n
Enaex Australia is looking for a motivated and highly organised HR Officer to join our People team in Brisbane.
n
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is ready to turn their knowledge into practical experience and build capability across the broader HR function.
n
You'll provide day-to-day HR operations and administration support across the employee lifecycle, while gaining structured exposure to HR systems, onboarding, recruitment, payroll, reporting, projects and employee relations administration.
n
We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys improving how things are done, and genuinely wants to build a career in HR. You'll be supported to learn, take on greater responsibility as your capability develops, and gain exposure to the different areas that make a People function tick.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding,
employment documentation, employee changes and record management.
n
- Support offer and onboarding administration, including pre-employment requirements, approvals, documentation and workflow coordination.
n
- Provide responsive day-to-day HR administration and support routine employee and manager enquiries using approved processes and policies.
n
- Maintain accurate HR systems, employee data, templates, registers and records while supporting strong document control and governance.
n
- Support HR reporting, data validation, system testing and projects across platforms including ConnX and SuccessFactors.
n
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, reduce manual work and contribute to practical continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideally, You Will Have
n
n
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline, or be nearing completion, or have equivalent relevant experience.
n
- Strong administration, written communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accurate records and following actions through to completion.
n
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and an eagerness to learn HR systems and new technology.
n
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Human Resources, with a proactive approach to learning and feedback.
n
- Professionalism and discretion when working with confidential and sensitive employee information.
n
n
Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, administration or project support will be highly regarded,
as will exposure to HR systems such as ConnX or SuccessFactors.
