This permanent Assistant Manager role supports the General Manager within a well‐established mixed farming operation. The successful candidate will play a key role across cropping, spraying, machinery operations and staff mentoring, while contributing to planning, logistics, and decision‐making within a transparent and highly collaborative business. About the Role:

- Broadacre cropping operations;
n
- Spraying (Hardi 36m boom spray);
n
- Machinery operation and maintenance;

- Record keeping and logistical planning;

- Mentoring and supporting junior staff;

- Working closely alongside the General Manager to share leadership responsibilities;

- Involvement in business discussions and long‐term planning.

- Experienced in broadacre cropping systems;

- Strong machinery and spraying background;
n
- Adaptable, collaborative, and confident communicator;
n
- Comfortable mentoring and supporting junior staff;
n
- Interested in long‐term development and progression toward higher responsibility.
