About Noẽma
n Coming this spring, Noẽma is the latest concept from Lucas Collective, bringing a fresh take on contemporary Mediterranean dining to Melbourne's CBD. Inspired by up-to-date Greek cuisine, Noẽma will celebrate exceptional produce, bold flavours and the theatre of Josper-grilled cooking, set within a striking new venue featuring a main dining room, intimate basement and private dining spaces. Built from the ground up, Noẽma offers a rare opportunity to join from day one and help shape the team, culture and guest experience that will define this exciting new venue.

n About the Opportunity:
n We are looking for the industry's best Supervisors to join our opening team to deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and bar operations.
n
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
n
n
- Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor in a high energy dining environment
n
- Experience managing a section and/or allocating waitstaff to sections
n
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
n
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
n
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
n
- Organisational and time management skills
n
- Experience using a time & attendance system,
H&L; or similar
n
- Exceptional communication and presentation
n
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
n
- Must possess a valid RSA certificate
n
n
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- Demonstrated restaurant bar supervisor experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
n
- Proven track record in leading a high performing team
n
- Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew development
n
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
n
- Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
n
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
n
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
n
- Organisational and time management skills
n
- Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system
n
- Exceptional communication and presentation
n
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
n
- Must possess a valid RSA certificate
