As one of the newest Catholic primary schools in the Diocese of Sale, St Josephine Bakhita is entering an exciting phase of growth. In 2027, our school will expand from 9 classes to 14 classes, creating exceptional opportunities for educators who are inspired to help build a thriving school community where every child is known, valued and empowered to flourish.

Salary & Employment

The Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement is currently being negotiated and will deliver salary parity with the forthcoming Victorian Government Schools Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA), together with competitive employment conditions.

All ESO positions are classified under the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022. The role is classified as a Level 2 ESO.

Successful applicants will:

Education Support Officer

- Demonstrate a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children
- Demonstrate a commitment to Catholic education.
- Hold a current Working With Children Check and be willing to complete a National Police Record Check.
- Certificate III or IV in Education Support or work in schools is an advantage.
