About the Role
n
As the Administration Officer – Infrastructure Services, you'll provide high-quality administrative and customer service support across the Infrastructure Services Department and to the Director Infrastructure Services.
n
You'll be someone who enjoys being organised, keeping on top of competing priorities and helping others get things done.
n
Your days may include:
n
n
- Providing executive administrative support to the Director Infrastructure Services
n
- Preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, notes, records and action registers
n
- Assisting with Council registers, statutory reporting and records management
n
- Undertaking research and assisting with submissions and correspondence
n
- Supporting Council functions, events and promotional activities
n
- Working collaboratively with other Administration Officers and Council teams
n
n
You'll also be expected to contribute to a safe, respectful and professional workplace and undertake training and professional development to maintain your skills and compliance.
n
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, professional, approachable and ready to make a difference.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
- Appropriate qualifications in Administration or a related discipline
n
- Experience providing high-level administrative or executive support
n
- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
n
- Experience in electronic records management systems and strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases
n
- A strong commitment to delivering quality customer service
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- The ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team
n
n
