About the Role

Signarama South Brisbane is looking for a skilled, hands-on Site Manager to drive our daily workshop operations and lead a dilligent, talented team.

n

In this dynamic role, you will oversee signage projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for quoting jobs, producing signage, and completing high-quality installations. You will also manage a small, dedicated team—including an in-houseGraphic Designerand a Sign Maker-ensuring every job meets our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Project Management: Accurately quote, manufacture, and install a wide variety of signage.
n
- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and coordinate daily tasks for our designer and sign maker.
n
- Workflow & Quality Control: Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to an exceptional standard.
n
- Admin & Systems: Utilize our internal computer systems to generate accurate quotes and client invoices.
n

What We Are Looking For:

- Signage Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the signage industry is essential.
n
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing or leading a small production/installation team.
n
- Full-Service Capability: Confident across all stages of trade-from initial quoting right through to final installation.
n
- Tech Savvy: Robust computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and operate specialized quoting and invoicing software.
n
- Strong Communication: Excellent customer service skills and a sharp eye for detail.
