Job Description

Nextt Group Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker for Carrum Downs to provide person‐centred care for someone with complex mental health needs. The role emphasizes building a genuine connection, trust, and consistent support within a casual, in‐home setting.

You will work a two‐week rotating roster, use trauma‐informed practices, and document care clearly while staying patient, respectful and supportive at all times.
