The role focuses on analysing drawings, specs and consultant reports to identify risks and prospects, and to support tender and ECI processes with accurate cost estimation.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction estimating, robust stakeholder skills, and hands-on experience with Buildsoft and EstimateOne.
