Primo Foods is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Sydney-based Sales team, based in Greenacre.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders, pricing, queries, campaigns, and claims investigations.Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will coordinate customer support activities, maintain accurate records, and build robust relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential.
