Westpac Group is seeking a Team Member, WIB Operations to support Institutional Banking customers.
You will process requests, resolve enquiries and deliver exceptional experiences through calls, email, and service channels.
The role operates on a rotating full time shift between 9:00am and 6:00pm, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer outcomes in a contract centre workplace.
