About the Role

n

The Power Platform & Automation Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work and support digital transformation across BX Bunka Australia.

n

The role will partner with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance, People & Culture, Safety and IT to identify process improvements and develop practical, scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

n

Key responsibilities

n

- Identify and assess opportunities to automate manual processes.
n
- Design, develop and maintain Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.
n
- Build Power Apps, Forms, SharePoint and Teams-based solutions.
n
- Integrate Microsoft 365 and other business systems using APIs and connectors.
n
- Document business requirements, workflows and technical solutions.
n
- Test, implement and support automation solutions.
n




- Troubleshoot workflow issues and monitor automation performance.
n
- Train users and provide ongoing support.
n
- Maintain appropriate governance, security and change controls.
n
- Support broader digital transformation and continuous improvement projects.
n

Experience and Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
n
- Experience integrating systems using APIs and connectors.
n
- Robust business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
n
- Experience with Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder or Copilot Studio.
n
- Experience with Sage X3 or ERP systems.
n
- Knowledge of SQL, Azure Logic Apps or Microsoft Graph API.
n
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
