Job Description

The Salvation Army in Frankston, VIC is seeking a Youth Participation Worker to design and deliver engaging, youth-led programs for ages 16-25. This in office, permanent full-time role collaborates with the Youth Services Peninsula team to create safe, inclusive spaces where young people can connect, contribute and thrive.

Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, you will empower young people, build confidence and life skills, and partner with community organisations to expand opportunities,
