The Macksville Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Macksville, on the mid-north coast of NSW.

What you'll be doing

n

Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes from our menu

n

Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation

n

Working with our chefs to develop new menu items and daily specials

n

Overseeing kitchen operations and staff to maintain efficiency and productivity

n

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef

n

Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating creative dishes

n

Excellent time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities

n

Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen management practices

n

Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively with the team
