We are a small, dynamic firm based in Loganholme specialising in small businesses and self-managed super funds (SMSFs). We provide personalised, high-quality service while fostering long-term professional growth and development within our team.

About the Role

n

You will play a hands-on role in supporting our accountants and ensuring the practice runs smoothly day-to-day.

n

Responsibilities include

n

- Assisting with day-to-day office and administrative operations.
n
- Supporting accountants with client-related tasks and correspondence.
n
- Performing data entry, preparing documents, and managing files.
n
- Learning and applying fundamental bookkeeping and accounting processes.
n

n

Skills and Requirements

n

n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is essential.
n
- Either practical experience in bookkeeping/administrative roles OR currently studying/recently completed a qualification in accounting, finance or a related field.
n
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, HandiTax or Class is highly beneficial but not strictly required.
n
- Strong Organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
n
- An Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a growing firm.
