Casual Duty Manager/ Bar/ Gaming attendant

At the Young Australian Hotel, we are looking to add a new member to our crew. Currently, we are recruiting a passionate & proactive all rounderto join the friendly and professional team at the Young Aussie Hotel. More specifically, a Casual Duty Manager & Bar / Gaming Attendant. You will be responsible for providing friendly and professional customer service within our busy venue.
n The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic, possessing a high standard of presentation.
n Able to manage a venue in all facets including overseeing retail, day & night operations dependant on shift.

Qualifications & experience

n

Demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment.

n

Sound TAB and Keno knowledgea must!

n

Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming (RSA & RSG) Statements of Attainment.

n

Current RMLV & Approved Mangers License are essential

n

Flexibility in availability to work rostered shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

n

1 to 3 years experience preferred but not essential

n

Tasks & responsibilities

n

You can anticipate some of your responsibilities to include:

Work with the Venue Manager to implement the best customer experience - every day.

n

Manage and oversee the venue operations on a daily basis.

n

Lead and manage bar and restaurant staff through service periods.

n

Maintain a sound knowledge of venue products, services, activities, and promotions

n

Apply sound business acumen to optimize the running of the venue.

n

Continual compliance associated with running a licensed venue

n
