About the Role

n

As an educator at Freckles, you will:

n

n
- Create and deliver play-based, engaging learning experiences tailored to each child's interests and needs.
n
- Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
n
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.




n
- Assist with planning, documentation, and reflections in line with the EYLF and NQS.
n
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning workplace.
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Diploma, Cert III or working towards Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
n
- A current Working with Children Check.
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Passion for early learning, with a child-centred approach.
n
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
n
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow professionally.
n
