Property Associate / Senior Associate | 3 - 6 PQE | CanberraWe're partnering with a growing, national law firm who are looking for an experienced Property Associate / Senior Associate to join their expanding property team.

n

This is a great opportunity for a 3–6 year PAE property lawyer to work across a broad range of commercial property matters, with exposure to leasing, property development, acquisitions, sales and general property transactions.

The Role

n

n
- Act for both landlords and tenants across commercial leasing matters
n
- Advise on ACT leasing legislation and related property matters
n
- Work across property development and development-related transactions
n
- Advise on commercial property acquisitions and sales
n
- Manage a broad range of general property transactions
n
- Assist with off-the-plan sales,



structuring and other property matters
n
- Work with developers, builders and real estate professionals
n
- Handle matters from start to finish with a high level of autonomy
n
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the property practice
n

n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- 3–6 years' PAE in property law
n
- Solid knowledge of ACT/NSW property and leasing legislation
n
- Experience acting for developers and/or builders would be advantageous
n
