What you'll do

- Lead shifts across food, beverage and day-to-day venue operations.
n
- Coach the team and keep service running smoothly when it gets busy.
n
- Handle guest and team issues with confidence and good judgement.
n
- Support the Venue Manager to maintain a safe, welcoming and well-run venue.
n

What you'll bring

- Experience leading shifts in a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue.
n
- A calm, practical approach and a genuine interest in developing people.
n
- A current Victorian RSA.
n
- Availability to work a hospitality roster, including evenings and weekends.
n
