Job Description

In the role of Roof and Gutter Cleaner, you'll be responsible for commercial periodic & deep cleaning of roofs and gutters, window cleaning and pressure washing of the surfaces. You'll also carry out general maintenance cleaning, scrubbing, and pressure washing across other assigned assets. Key responsibilities

Roof and Gutter cleaning and maintenance of the assets

n

Remove leaves, debris, moss, and build-up from roofs and gutters

n

Flush gutters and downpipes to check for blockages and free flow

n

Set up and use ladders, harnesses, and fall-protection equipment safely

n

Inspect roofs and gutters for damage and report any issues

n

Clean up and remove debris/waste from site on completion

n

Partake in quality monitoring inspections and rectify any non-conformances identified

n





The cleaning of all assets assigned to you in the manner described in the company's procedures and code of conduct

What we're looking for

n

Previous experience in roof/gutter cleaning, window cleaning, or a similar outdoor trade role (preferred but not essential)

n

Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)

n

Comfortable working at height and in varying weather conditions

n

Physically fit and able to lift/carry equipment and work on ladders for extended periods

n

Current driver's licence (own transport an advantage)
