Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available with a leading Australian brand for an experienced ERP Test Analyst to support multiple major transformation projects. This is a hands-on role covering test strategy, planning, coordination and execution across complex ERP migration programs.
n What you'll be doing:

- Lead end-to-end testing across ERP migration and transformation projects
n
- Develop Test Plans, strategies, test cases, reports and status updates
n
- Coordinate and execute SIT, UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare activities
n
- Lead testing with business stakeholders, vendors and internal IT/technical teams
n
- Establish test entry/exit criteria and manage test gates independently
n
- Work across multiple sites and shift-based operational workforces
n
- Manage testing across 2-3 concurrent projects
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Strong hands-on ERP migration testing
n
- SAP S/4HANA experience highly desirable
n
- Experience with Tier 2 ERP to SAP transitions highly relevant
n
- Robust test strategy, coordination and execution skills
n
- Self-sufficient and able to build testing artefacts without relying on templates or Test Analysts
n
- Confident leading testing across business, vendor and technical teams
n
- Experience with Test Management platforms; PractiTest is a plus
n
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and shift-based environments
n
- Sydney-based and able to work from the Sydney office
