Job Description
Pathway Talent is recruiting three Customer & Experience Coordinators to support the Central Coast region in NSW, Australia.
Two roles are in Supported Independent Living and one in the community, all permanent part time (72 hours per fortnight) at SCHADS Level 3.
You will coordinate quality, person-centred support, building trust with customers, families and stakeholders while ensuring customers remain at the centre of decisions about their support.
