IWG plc is seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead a busy centre with ownership of its performance.
You will have the autonomy and resources to run the centre like your own business, tackling challenges, guiding a small team, and driving customer experience.
Ideal candidates will have a sales-oriented mindset, be capable of upselling, and comfortable giving tours to prospects while ensuring every customer leaves as a brand ambassador for you, your team, and IWG.
