Job Description
Lutheran Homes Group is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our compassionate aged care team in regional Victoria.
You will work with the Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care, including medication administration and care plan updates, in a supportive, growth‐oriented workplace.
Applicants should have AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, at least 6 months in aged care, and a proven ability to learn current systems quickly while remaining organised and cooperative.
