What you'll do

- Lead your team to create extraordinary guest experiences, from warm welcomes to the little extras
n
- Take pride in your venue, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
n
- Coach and encourage your team so people feel valued, build confidence and thrive
n
- Complete cash handling, reconciliation and daily reporting accurately
n
- Take responsibility as Manager on Duty, including opening, closing and shift decisions
n
- Uphold responsible service,

What we're looking for

- A supervisor ready to step up or an experienced manager ready for their next move
n
- A hospitality professional driven to learn, grow and advance their career
n
- A passion for great service and bringing out the best in your team
n
- Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge, with a hands-on approach
n
- Availability across opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
n
- Current RSA and RSG; RMLV and Approved Manager licence preferred, or willingness to obtain
n
