Job Description

Costa Group is seeking a Welfare and Wellbeing Officer to support Pacific Islands workers under the Seasonal Worker Programme and PALM. The role focuses on worker safety, accommodation management, and overall wellbeing during their time in Australia.

You will coordinate with farm teams, arrange medical appointments, and handle reporting and compliance while providing practical assistance to workers. The position is in office with after-hours on-call coverage and potential for extension.
