Property & Operations Assistant | St Kilda | Monday–Friday | Entry Level

Looking to start a career in property? We're looking for a driven, practical and reliable person to join a growing property business in St Kilda.

n

This is an entry-level role with plenty of variety. You won't be stuck behind a desk all day - you'll spend time in the office and out at properties across Melbourne, helping the team keep everything running smoothly.

n

No property experience? That's okay. We care more about your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Visiting and checking properties
n
- Helping prepare and furnish properties for renters
n
- Completing inspections and condition reports
n
- Coordinating cleaners and trades
n
- Helping with basic maintenance and handyman jobs
n
- Managing keys and property access
n
- Supporting the leasing and property teams
n
- Helping out wherever needed day-to-day
n

About you

You'll ideally be:

- Reliable,



organised and switched-on
n
- Motivated and willing to learn
n
- Practical and happy to get your hands dirty
n
- Confident speaking with different people
n
- Comfortable taking responsibility
n
- Keen to grow with a fast-moving business
n

n

Handyman, maintenance, hospitality, customer service, operations or property experience would all be useful, but not essential.

n

You'll need a driver's licence and reliable car. A Cert IV in Real Estate Practice is ideal, or you'll need to be willing to obtain one.
